I’m not just a consultant—I’ve been in the trenches. My career started in Venezuela, where I worked in prisons, refugee camps, and indigenous communities. I later became a human rights attorney before earning a Harvard education and working with international organizations like the United Nations and the World Bank.
But my real passion? Helping nonprofits create sustainable, mission-driven impact.
For years, I led nonprofit organizations through crisis, transition, and growth. Along the way, I developed a structured, repeatable framework that helps nonprofits operate more strategically, more efficiently, and with greater long-term success.
